Programme Manager with BT Wholesale Experience
Our client, a growing telecoms business requires an interim Programme Manager to take responsibility for the project management of the post sales implementation of BT line space wholesale to business customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Produce Proposition documentation defining scope and success criteria, working closely with client sponsor
Report to Change Project Manager on progress and status, contributing to weekly status meetings, and PSR collation
Weekly Progress Status reports containing risks, issues and status updates
Manage relevant workstreams and be aware of escalation process/path
Work with BA resource to facilitate DBR documentation and approvals
Manage Business Readiness workstream with support from Change Mgr.
Maintain budgetary control across Propositions delivery
Deliver Project Plan containing dependencies, tasks and timelines
Produce a project plan describing the necessary tasks to include:
Technical delivery of Tariff price change
Technical delivery of Portal changes
Field sales documentation amends
Stores documentation amends
Retail Partners documentation amends
Close management of copy deliverables.
Customer Comms
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong Project Management/Programme Management experience
BT Wholesale experience with networks, off-net (ie non cable)
Experience working in a large organisation managing change across operational customer facing areas with an eye for detail.
Excellent Stakeholder management skills working at all levels
Able to work in fast paced projects.
Experienced in Project Management methodology
